Our Quality Charter

Our Services

Since our creation, we have paid particular attention to the quality of our services.

As a result, we have introduced a quality approach to our training activities.
Our quality charter is part of the National Quality Standards for training organisations. It summarises these standards and sets out the actions taken by Training Spirit.

Training Spirit, its staff and all its partners undertake to follow this charter and the National Quality Standard.

Distribute detailed information on our training services in the form of an educational fact sheet. Provide statistics on the results of our services on our website.

Measuring what our learners have learnt, in the form of assessment (on entry, ongoing, on exit, cold, etc.).

Assist our customers in analysing their needs, particularly those of their learners, and advise them on the most appropriate action plan (positioning, objectives, teaching methods, accessibility, etc.).

Choose our trainers on the basis of their theoretical and practical skills, their expertise, their teaching know-how and their involvement in the success of the projects.

Design each training programme to be fully consistent with the objectives set and the target audience.

Maintain a regulatory, educational and business watch, enabling us to regularly update our knowledge and that of our trainers.

Use a variety of teaching methods to keep our learners engaged (role-playing, flipped learning, edutainment activities, interactive digital solutions, discussions/debates based on professional situations, etc.).

Systematically measure the quality of our services by analysing feedback and complaints (from learners, instructors, customers, funders), as part of our continuous improvement approach.
